Michelle McParland

VP, Health & Supportive Services at Frasier Meadows Manor Inc.

Michelle joined the Frasier team in 2013 and moved into the Vice President for Health and Supportive Services role in late 2014. She is responsible for oversight and support of operations in the Health Care Center, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Frasier Care, Frasier @ Home, the Adult Day Program, Rehabilitation Services, and Social Services.

Michelle has spent her entire career working in the healthcare profession. Prior to coming to Frasier, Michelle worked as a medical social worker in a nonprofit acute care hospital system. Medical ethics and critical health decision-making are some of Michelle’s areas of expertise and she served on the Ethics Committee at Lutheran Medical Center for several years.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds Colorado licenses to serve as Frasier’s Nursing Home Administrator and the Home Care Administrator.
