Nicole Cumia

Nicole Cumia has extensive experience in recruiting and HR marketing, currently serving as Deputy Head of Recruiting and HR Marketing at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since March 2013. Fraunhofer is recognized as Europe’s largest application-oriented research organization, focusing on research that meets societal needs in areas such as health, security, and the environment. Prior roles include Deputy Head of HR Marketing and Employer Branding & HR Marketing Specialist at Fraunhofer, as well as a Junior Consultant at PWG Professional-Werbe-Gesellschaft mbH and Personalwerk GmbH. Nicole began a career in this field as a Trainee and later Junior Consultant at econoMARK Personalmarketing GmbH. Nicole holds a Diplom-Volkswirtin degree from The University of Freiburg, specializing in Marketing and Health Management.
