Nikhil S. serves as the Global Head of Academy at Frauscher Sensor Technology since June 2022, focusing on developing a comprehensive global training strategy. Additionally, Nikhil holds the position of Vice Chairman of the IRSE India Section and is the founding Head of its Younger Member's Chapter. With a diverse background in railway signaling and telecommunications, Nikhil has held various senior roles, including Deputy General Manager at Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation, where responsibilities included commissioning advanced signaling systems. Nikhil previously worked as Project Director at TCIL and held multiple positions in Metro projects and engineering firms, progressing from Trainee Engineer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. to management roles in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Nikhil's education includes a Post Graduation in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, among other qualifications related to technology and leadership.
