Austrilia Portis

Austrilia Portis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2007, Austrilia worked as a Community Service Mentor at Community High School. In 2008, they transitioned to Qdoba Mexican Grill as an Assistant Manager, responsible for customer service, food preparation, and employee training.

In 2010, Austrilia became a Distribution Supervisor at the United States Postal Service, overseeing distribution operations until 2014. During this time, Austrilia also took on the role of Project Manager at SAS Retail Services, managing teams, recruiting, and coordinating merchandising projects with retailers and vendors.

From 2013 to 2014, Austrilia gained experience as a Design Futurist Intern at Kohl's Design It! Lab.

In 2014, Austrilia joined ManpowerGroup as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became a Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on candidate sourcing and client service.

In 2021, Austrilia worked as a Talent Acquisition II at LandrumHR Workforce Solutions, responsible for recruiting and managing employees for client companies.

In 2022, Austrilia joined Lawler's Desserts as a Talent Acquisition Lead, and currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition at Frazer, Ltd., where they are involved in defining the future of mobile healthcare.

Austrilia Portis pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management and Interactive Media Design from Alverno College. Austrilia attended the college from 2009 to 2013.
