Melissa Bayley

As a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Melissa Bayley contributes nearly 10 years of tax planning and compliance experience to the firm. Her industry expertise includes professional services, hospitality and manufacturing & distribution, specializing in law firms, restaurants, and food manufacturers.

Before joining the firm, Melissa worked as a Tax Manager at Windham Brannon for seven years where she began as an intern and then worked at a family-owned business as a Tax Manager. In her past roles, Melissa has worked with specific industry groups such as medical offices, auto dealerships, clothing retailers, grocery stores, engineering consultants and chemical manufacturers.
