Dan Ontiveros

Dan Ontiveros has extensive work experience in compliance and legal roles. Dan currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at Frazier Healthcare Partners, where they administer code of ethics disclosures, manages SEC regulatory filings, and assists with investor due diligence questionnaires. Prior to this, Dan worked as a Compliance Manager at David Landau & Associates, LLC (DLA), where they handled SEC and FINRA regulatory filings, conducted client email reviews, and researched SEC and FINRA rules and regulations. Before that, they served as an Attorney at Fortress Investment Group, drafting legal documents and researching counter-parties. Dan also gained experience as a Spring Extern at the Long Island Power Authority, assisting the General Counsel with legal research and creating outlines for various projects. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern at Starwood Capital Group, where they helped with transactional and compliance work.

Dan Ontiveros earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009. Dan then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University from 2012 to 2015.
