Dierk Demers is an experienced professional in supply chain risk management and technical support consulting, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Risk Management at FRDM since October 2023. Previously, Dierk held the position of Technical Support Consultant at 3D Business Solutions LLC, focusing on open-source technical solutions for non-technical clients. Dierk has also held significant roles in the e-commerce advertising sector, including Manager of Ad Strategy and Partner Support at Helium 10 and Head of Ad Strategy and Partner Support at Prestozon. Earlier in Dierk's career, operations and supply chain management were further developed through roles at Moshi and Van Ness Hotel Partners, where Dierk led teams in hotel management and operations. Dierk began the hospitality career as an Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa. Dierk holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
