Michael Azoulay is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, Michael serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of FRÉ Skincare since January 2016. Prior to this, Michael founded and managed Arcaffé Retail Chains from 2004 to January 2015, where Michael established the brand’s first international branches in collaboration with Galeries Lafayette in Paris. Michael also invested in Ramzor Ltd., a company focused on combating cyber-bullying among children, from April 2011 to December 2014. Earlier career roles included Senior Analyst at Clal Finance and Analyst at Cukierman & Co. Investment House. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Finance MBA from Tel Aviv University, along with a Master of Science in Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

FRÉ was founded in 2016 by Michael Azoulay and Mickael Bensadoun out of the desire to produce disruptive suncare solutions and build a responsible brand with a strong social impact. It treats skin from the long lasting effects of UV damage and photoaging (wrinkles, lines, hyperpigmentation, dark spots) and skin inflammation (breakouts, irritation, over dryness). FRE's products are dermatologist approved, vegan and cruelty-free. We use sustainable packaging made from materials including glass, recycled plastic and sugarcane. FRÉ was born with a passion to drive social change and environmental sustainability through the power of community. At FRÉ, we believe in female leadership. We empower women through movement. We partner with fitness and wellness influencers to make an impact through community. We work with nonprofit like Bo'atot who empower girls from underprivileged backgrounds through sport.
