Karen Cordle

Karen Cordle has over 25 years of work experience in HR and people management roles. Karen is currently the Director of People & Culture at Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH, where they oversee all aspects related to HR and organizational culture. Prior to this, Karen served as the Interim Senior Director at HR Management, Projects & Consulting, where they specialized in HR business partnering, executive coaching, and training. Karen also held the position of Senior HR Business Partner Global Lead at Dornier Group, where they played a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies on a global scale. Earlier in their career, Karen held senior positions at foodspring, diconium, and BillPay GmbH, where they gained extensive experience in managing and developing HR teams. Karen has a proven track record of effectively leading and supporting various organizations in their HR needs. Karen Cordle completed their education in two different institutions. From 1988 to 1992, they attended Phillips Universität Marburg, where they obtained a Diplom in Motologie, focusing on Erziehungswissenschaft, Psychologie und Sport (Education Science, Psychology, and Sports). Continuing their education, from 2006 to 2010, they enrolled at Institut für Gestalttherapie und Gestaltpädagogik, where they earned the title of Gestalttherapeutin (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) and systemic Coach with a specialization in Psychotherapie (Psychotherapy). Additionally, in November 2018, Karen obtained a certification in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn.
