Sheila Mercado

Sheila Mercado has extensive experience in global sourcing and product development within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the VP of Strategic Global Sourcing at Fred David, Sheila previously held the position of VP of Global Sourcing and Production at One Step Up / RBX Division, as well as Director of Sourcing and Production for the same company. Sheila's career also includes roles as Sourcing and Product Development Manager at Mamiye Brothers and Ikeddi Enterprises Inc. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Far Eastern University, completed between 1992 and 1996.
