Azadeh Hadadianpour, Ph.D., is a Data Scientist II at Fred Hutch since 2022, specializing in bioinformatics and multi-omics data analysis while leading collaborations on single-cell and spatial RNA-sequencing technologies for immuno-oncological research. Previously, from August 2016 to December 2021, Azadeh was a Ph.D. candidate at Vanderbilt University, focusing on IgE antibody response in filarial-infected patients and building a comprehensive filarial protein database using BioPython tools for mass spectrometry proteomics analysis. Additionally, Azadeh interned at Genentech in 2019, conducting single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis on autoimmune disease patients and employing unsupervised machine learning to identify T cell clonotypes. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Tehran.
