Bhavesha O. is an accomplished leader in clinical research and data management, currently serving as the Director of Lab Data Management and Manager of Clinical Data Management at Fred Hutch since September 2015. In this role, Bhavesha leads a specialized team to ensure high-quality data management for multiple research networks focusing on COVID, HIV, and Infectious Diseases. Previous experience includes managing clinical trial operations for the Fred Hutch Cancer Consortium, coordinating significant clinical research trials in oncology, and overseeing data management and compliance across various organizations. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington, multiple specialized certifications from Cornell University, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Bhavesha actively contributes to diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization and is a member of various advisory boards and committees.
