Robert Hood

Robert Hood is a seasoned multimedia professional with extensive experience in photography and video production. Currently serving as a Senior Multimedia Producer at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center since September 2013, Hood previously held the position of Supervising Producer at NBC News from 1996 to 2013, specializing in photography, picture editing, and video editing. Additionally, Hood has experience in education as a College Instructor at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where instruction focused on newspaper photojournalism and graphics management. Early career roles included Feature Page Designer at the Columbia Daily Tribune and Newspaper Photojournalist at the Gillette News Record. Robert Hood earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from Utah State University, followed by further studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
