Clare Ward

Clare Ward possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Product and Customer Services at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since October 2012, following a role as Senior Commercial Planning Manager. Prior to this, Clare held significant positions at David Lloyd Leisure, including General Manager and Commercial Projects Manager, and gained considerable experience at Whitbread in various roles, such as Director of Food Innovation and Development. Clare's early career includes leadership positions in operations and financial planning at Ryder Logistics, Scottish and Newcastle, and Coca-Cola & Schweppes Beverages. Clare holds a BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey and has completed CIMA certification.
