Susanna Frost

Susanna Frost's work experience includes serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fred. Olsen Limited, where they led the people strategy for multiple businesses and focused on developing effective leaders. Susanna also worked as an HR Director at the same company, primarily focusing on renewable energy. In addition, Frost served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hope Learning Academy, where they had responsibilities related to safeguarding and complaints. Susanna also held the position of Non-Executive Director / Chair (interim) at Colbea, a non-profit enterprise and business support agency. Prior to these roles, Frost served as the Vice President of Human Resources Europe at Bodycote, a global provider of thermal processing services. Susanna has also worked as an HR Director at OSI Food Solutions and OSI Convenience Europe. Earlier in their career, Frost worked as a Training Manager (Global) at Fremantle and a Senior Project Manager at Celerant consulting, where they focused on large-scale change and transformation projects, as well as leadership development and HR programs.

Susanna Frost holds a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from the University of Glasgow. In 1998 to 2000, they pursued their MBA in General from the University of Leicester. Additionally, they obtained an FCIPD in HR from the University of Aberdeen from 1991 to 1993. From 2012 to 2014, Susanna completed a Post Graduate certificate in Employment Law from CIPD. In 2014, they attended Hult Ashridge for an Advanced Organisation Design program. Susanna also possesses several certifications, including HOGAN ASSESSMENTS from Advanced People Strategies in January 2022, Level 7 certificate coaching from the Chartered Management Institute in September 2021, and Thomas International HPTI from Thomas International in November 2020. Susanna also obtained the Fierce Conversations Practitioner certification from Fierce Conversations in December 2019. In 2017, Susanna became a SL11 Situational Leadership trainer accredited by The Ken Blanchard Companies. Furthermore, they earned the CPI 260 certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in August 2015 and completed the Coaching Masterclass from Linkage, Inc. in January 2005. Susanna is also trained in MBTI 1 and 2 by The Myers-Briggs Company and holds the Thomas International PPA certification.
