Tanja Hedager

Tanja Hedager has extensive work experience, starting from 2002. Tanja began their career at SVITZER A/S, where they served as the General Manager of Business Development and Corporate Affairs until 2007. Tanja then joined Maersk FPSOs, where they held various roles, including Senior General Manager of Commercial and Head of Commercial, from 2007 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, BWSC, as the O&M Sales Manager and subsequently took on the positions of Deputy for UTM Sales, Head of Service Sales, and Head of Service Sales and Member of the Board of BWSC A/S (Employee Elected) from 2014 to 2018. Tanja then moved to Maersk Drilling in 2019, where they first served as the Head of Bids and Contracts and later became the VP and Head of Commercial for the North Sea. Currently, Tanja holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, starting from 2023.

Tanja Hedager obtained a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen in 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the same university from 1996 to 1998. Tanja attended Esbjerg Statsskole from 1993 to 1995, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
