Morten Lenes

Morten Lenes is an experienced culinary and hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Steward at Fred. Olsen since February 2013, Morten has held various leadership positions in the maritime and hospitality sectors, including roles as Chief Steward and Forpleiningssjef at Gc Rieber from September 2006 to December 2012, and at E.Forland from March 2004 to May 2006. Additional experience includes management and ownership roles in restaurants and hotels, such as serving as Store Manager at Petters sjømat and F&B Manager at Norlandia Hotels & Resorts. Morten's foundational education was at Statens sjøaspirant skole, equipping Morten with essential skills for a successful career in the industry.
