Jay Spencer

Jay Spencer has been working at Fred Smith Company since June 2014, starting as Personnel Manager and currently holding the position of VP of Personnel. Prior to their time at Fred Smith Company, Jay worked at The Umstead Hotel and Spa as a Purchasing Manager. Before that, Jay owned and operated The Lawn Barber, a lawn care services business. Jay also served in the USMC Special Operations as an Infantryman. Jay completed their high school education at Francis L Cardozo H.S. in May 1987.
