Jess Adams

Jess Adams possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Fred Smith Company since September 2015, where previous roles included Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to this, Jess co-owned Top Shelf Waste Systems Commercial from January 2012 to September 2015 and worked as a General Contractor at Perfect Image Construction from December 2010 to December 2012. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
