Marybeth Ward

Marybeth Ward, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP People and Culture at Fred Victor since March 2022. Previously, Marybeth held various leadership roles at Peel Senior Link, including Director of Human Resources and Interim Chief Operating Officer. Additional HR experience includes positions at Bethany Lodge, Michael Garron Hospital, Sobeys, Grand & Toy, and Boathouse Grill Inc. Marybeth possesses a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Ryerson University.
