Cindy Hallinan

Cindy Hallinan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Technology CFO & Financial Transformation at Freddie Mac, a position held since June 2016. Hallinan has extensive experience in financial management within the technology sector, having previously held roles such as Vice President of Strategic Investment Management and IT CFO at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included leading corporate transformation programs and enhancing financial alignment. Prior to Freddie Mac, Hallinan worked at Travelers and CIGNA in IT finance roles, as well as at The Hartford, where oversight included accountability for IT financial planning and reporting for various business units. Hallinan holds an MBA and a BA in International Business and Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
