Donny L Scholl

Donny L Scholl has extensive experience in information security and application development, currently serving as the Business Operations Technical Lead and Information Security Manager at Freddie Mac since February 1996. Key achievements include modernizing Identity & Access Management, optimizing risk controls, and developing an in-house access recertification program. Prior to Freddie Mac, Donny was a Senior Application Developer at the US Agency for International Development, where automation improvements increased office productivity significantly. Donny served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, managing staff operations and leading significant projects during Operation Desert Storm. An alumnus of Old Dominion University, Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, earned in 1987.
