Grace was previously the President, Founder and CEO of Beech Street Capital, LLC from September 2009 to October 2013. During their time at Beech Street Capital, LLC, they led the effort to obtain a nationwide approval for Fannie Mae DUS (Multifamily, Student, Military, Manufactured Housing, Affordable) lending in December 2009, Freddie Mac Program Plus approval in April of 2010, and FHA MAP (Multifamily), 232 (Seniors and Nursing Homes), and GNMA nationwide lending approval in 4Q 2010. In addition, they built a national origination and correspondent lending network that lead to first year mortgage production of $1 billion in 2010 with production doubling in each of the next two years, building a profitable servicing portfolio of $10 billion at the time of sale to Capital One; all supported by experienced credit, asset management, trading, closing and servicing professionals.

Huebscher managed the business to both cash and GAAP profitability within 18 months of inception. Grace also created life company, conduit, mezzanine and bridge lending partnerships nationally. Furthermore, they managed the creation of a nationwide branding, marketing and advertising campaign. Lastly, they were a member of the Board of Directors and Loan Credit Committee before selling Beech Street to Capital One in November 2013.
