Hercules Gray is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in operational risk across various prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as the VP of Operational Risk at Freddie Mac, Hercules previously held the position of EVP - Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Pacific Premier Bank. Prior roles include SVP - Director of Operational Risk Management at Independent Financial, and several leadership positions at Citi, where Hercules managed operational risk for the North America Consumer Bank. Hercules also directed the operational risk and vendor governance programs at Xome Holdings and executed the ORM framework at USAA. With an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BBA in Management from Millsaps College, Hercules Gray is recognized for his expertise in developing comprehensive risk management frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
