Jess Harrington

Jess Harrington is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and secured financing transactions. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Freddie Mac since August 2022, Jess previously held the position of Associate Broker at McEnearney Associates from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior legal experience includes roles as Associate at Arent Fox, where Jess advised a variety of clients on complex real estate matters, and at Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A., focusing on secured lending transactions. Early career work involved representing institutional lenders at Shapiro & Burson, LLP, and serving as a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court for Worcester County, Maryland. Jess Harrington holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
