Jianning Zhang

Jianning (Lawrence) Zhang, CPA, currently serves as a Financial Accounting & Analysis Manager and Financial Controller Senior at Freddie Mac since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jianning was a Senior Associate in Loan Accounting Advisory at KPMG US from December 2021 to August 2022. Jianning has also held various positions at Fannie Mae, including Senior Associate in Finance - Accounting, General Accountant III, and Accountant II from November 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior Staff Accountant at AKVARR Inc from February 2017 to November 2018, where Akvarr provided IT consulting and engineering solutions. Jianning holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland (2013-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shanghai University (2009-2013).
