Katherine Berry

Katherine Berry, PMP, CSP-PO, is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Program Management Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at Freddie Mac since April 2020. Katherine leads cross-functional programs aimed at remediating significant regulatory issues and has an impressive track record of managing complex project portfolios, including overseeing the Data Governance initiative that resolved multiple compliance gaps. Prior experience includes substantial roles at Fannie Mae, where Katherine contributed to enterprise-wide projects, developed digital strategies for government programs, and established project planning processes. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development from Columbia Union College.
