Kristal Jackson

Kristal Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and application support. Currently serving as an Application Support Tech Lead and Sr. Change Manager at Freddie Mac since January 2016, Kristal develops and manages change management governance processes while analyzing lessons learned from deployments to enhance future implementations. Prior experience includes leading a team of change coordinators at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and ensuring compliance with change management processes at Hewlett-Packard, where Kristal also held roles in systems administration and desktop support. Academically, Kristal holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Information Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Central Michigan University.
