Gabriel Cerolini serves as the Supply Chain & Quality Manager at Freddo since October 2015, overseeing the comprehensive management of purchasing, production, quality, logistics, and foreign trade, which has led to significant reductions in production losses through effective implementation of production and quality indicators. Previously, Gabriel held the position of Regional Quality Assurance Manager at BRF, where successful implementation of a Quality Management System was achieved across multiple food production units, ensuring compliance with BRC and SQMS standards. Prior roles included Head of Quality Control at Quickfood SA - Marfrig Group, where certification of the BRC standard was accomplished, and earlier experiences involved supervisory roles in production, focusing on high-demand food export processes. Gabriel's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Technology from UADE and expertise in Food Technology and Food Control from distinguished institutions in Buenos Aires.
