Gabriel Russo

Gabriel Russo serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Gerente de Producción at Freddo since June 2014, overseeing production results and managing two production units in Argentina and Uruguay. With extensive experience in production management, Gabriel Russo also held the position of Jefe de Producción at JBS Argentina S.A. for a brief period in 2014 and at Quickfood S.A. in various capacities from 1998 to 2014, focusing on operational standards in quality, efficiency, safety, and costs. Gabriel Russo began professional training with a Técnico Mecánico Electricista degree from ET N° 11 Manual Belgrano and later earned a Licenciado en Organización Industrial from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
