Julie Clark currently serves as a Maryland Access Point Service Navigator with the Frederick County Government in Maryland, focusing on aging and independence since February 2023. With extensive experience in library services at Frederick County Public Libraries since 2005, Julie has held multiple positions including Library Associate-On-Call, Generalist Library Associate, Library Technician-Substitute, and Circulation Clerk, providing patron assistance and managing circulation operations. Previous roles include Circulation Technician at Wilson College, IBCLC Lactation Consultant at Metropolitan Breastfeeding and Hello Baby Breastfeeding, co-founder of Carroll Creek Montessori Public Charter School, and statistician and crisis counselor at Heartly House, where Julie supported survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Hood College, with additional studies in Nursing Practice and Nursing Science from Frederick Community College and Frostburg State University, respectively.
