Henry Lague Iom

Henry LaGue, IOM, serves as the Human Resources Training Administrator for Frederick County Government in Maryland since August 2021, while also working as an Executive Coach at Fortune Practice Management since July 2017. LaGue's coaching combines business acumen, training, and marketing skills to facilitate client success through workshops and seminars. Previous roles include Program Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise from April 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities involved strategy development, project management, and promoting democratic reforms in Africa, alongside managing a field office in Nigeria. Additional experience encompasses coordination and facilitation of conferences with USAID-Kenya, directing theatre programs for community engagement with V.O.C.A.L., and leading recruitment initiatives at Seton Hall University. LaGue holds multiple degrees from Seton Hall University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.
