Thomas Washington

Thomas Washington is an experienced project manager with a focus on engineering and construction management, currently employed by Frederick County Government, Maryland, since November 2018. In this role, Thomas plans and manages transportation Capital Improvement Projects, coordinating efforts with consultants, contractors, and various county departments. Previous experience includes work with the City of Eugene as a SmartTrips Team Member and Transportation Options Program Coordinator, where efforts centered on promoting active transportation and reducing drive-alone trips. Thomas also served in the Army National Guard as a Team Leader and Vehicle Commander, responsible for mentoring soldiers and managing valuable equipment.
