Valerie Frederickson is the Founder and CEO of Frederickson Partners, A Gallagher Company, the largest HR and People executive search firm in the United States, established in June 1995 and headquartered in Menlo Park, with additional offices in multiple locations. With over 25 years of experience, Frederickson Partners specializes in placing high-impact HR leaders in various industries, including rapid-growth technology and transformational companies. Valerie also serves on the Advisory Board of Surprise HR, Inc., contributing strategic guidance, and has previously held positions as a Career Management Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison and Drake Beam Morin Belgium N.V. Valerie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development from California State University - East Bay and participation in Stanford Directors College for governance training.
