Suzanne Ramljak has extensive experience in the art and curatorial field. Suzanne currently serves as the Chief Curator at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park since March 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Faculty Instructor at the School of Visual Arts from January 2020 to March 2022. From 2008 to 2022, Ramljak worked as a Curator at the American Federation of Arts. Suzanne also held the position of Editor for METALSMITH magazine at the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG) from 2001 to 2018 and Editor for SCULPTURE magazine at the International Sculpture Center from 1990 to 1995.

Suzanne Ramljak's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature & Art History from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Suzanne completed this degree from 1979 to 1984. Suzanne then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Art History from the same institution, which they obtained from 1984 to 1987. Finally, Suzanne furthered their education by completing a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Art History from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, from 1987 to 1992.
