Steen Heftholm

Steen Heftholm is an experienced professional with a robust background in various leadership and consultancy roles within the Municipality of Frederikshavn and Frederikshavn Kommunes Idrætsklub. Currently serving as Chefkonsulent and Afdelingsleder since October 2019, Steen has previously held positions such as Bestyrelsesformand for Frederikshavn Kommunes Idrætsklub, where notable growth from 250 members was achieved. With experience in areas including strategic leadership, economic management, and organizational development, Steen has also contributed to international project management and political advisory roles within Frederikshavn Kommune from 1999 to 2019. Steen holds a Master's degree in Politics and Administration from Aalborg University and a Diploma in Leadership from UCN, encompassing skills in strategic communication, project coordination, and human resource management.
