Tracy Backer

Tracy Backer is a seasoned professional in electronic records management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Electronic Records Analyst at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. since November 2014, Tracy focuses on user support, data management, and training across various legal departments. Previous roles include Electronic Records Analyst and Central Files Supervisor at Deloitte Services LP, Global Physical Records Manager at GMAC, and Records Manager at GMAC ResCap. In addition to professional work, Tracy volunteers at the Carpenter St. Croix Valley Nature Center, contributing to digital archiving projects. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Sciences from Dominican University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from John Carroll University.
