Matt Johns

Matt Johns is currently the CEO of Strategy & Experience at Deliberate. Matt is also the Co-Founder of AF Drinks and the Managing Director of Focus Strategy. Matt serves as a Board Member at ARLRA and was previously the Executive Director of Strategy & Experience at Humankind NZ. Matt's past experiences include roles at TTEC, Deloitte New Zealand, TOWER, and Ricoh New Zealand. Matt holds a degree from the Darden School of Business in Human Centred Design from the University of Virginia.
