Doug Ranck

Doug Ranck is an experienced Associate Pastor of Youth and Pastoral Care at Free Methodist Church of Santa Barbara. Doug also serves as a Senior Advisor of Youth Ministry at Institute of Collective Trauma and Growth, and as a Lead Consultant/Project Manager at Ministry Architects. Additionally, Doug is a Member of WriteGroup at Interlinc and has a background as a Pastor and Minister of Youth with extensive experience in youth ministry and leadership roles. Doug holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry/Recreation from Greenville University.
