Izabela Skonieczna has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Head of Marketing at FREE NOW since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing annual marketing budgets, developing brand campaigns, and overseeing a marketing team of four. Previously, Izabela held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at FREE NOW, focusing on implementing global marketing strategies in a local context. Prior to this, Izabela worked at brandnooz Media International GmbH in sales and marketing, conducting market analysis and developing strategies for the Polish market. Other notable positions include Project Manager at Studio 111, leading complex promotional projects, and ELLE Brand Manager at Burda Media Polska, where Izabela managed marketing strategies and campaigns for the magazine.
