Lars Röttgers

Lars Rytter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile product ownership, Scrum mastering, and software development management. Since September 2018, Lars has worked as a Freelance Product Owner and Scrum Master at Arla Foods, leading teams in developing Azure Data Lakehouse platform applications and data analytics solutions. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at DSB and BEC, where Lars facilitated agile practices across teams developing AI-powered business intelligence solutions and online banking applications. Prior to these roles, Lars held significant positions in organizations such as Bankdata, Energinet.dk, and Autorola System Solutions, focusing on agile coaching, software development processes, and product management. Lars holds multiple degrees, including a Civil Engineering degree from DTU and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark, alongside extensive experience in usability and project management from early career roles. Lars is open to new challenges starting January 1, 2025.
