Nick Kretschmann

Nick Kretschmann is a Senior UX Researcher at FREENOW since March 2021, where responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing critical questions from various stakeholders, conducting qualitative research and usability testing, and synthesizing findings to enhance the user experience in mobility services. Previously, Nick served as a UX Researcher at Office Depot - Europe from August 2012 to March 2021, focusing on user research studies, improving customer satisfaction, and translating insights into actionable results. Early career roles included European Product Specialist and Content Developer, alongside an apprenticeship as a Management Assistant for wholesale and foreign trade. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Hochschule Niederrhein in 2021.
