Peter started their career at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. in 1993, where they served in various roles including General Manager and Operations Manager. Peter then served as COO at Lasco Enterprises from January 2015 to September 2015. Following this, they worked as COO at Topgolf from September 2015 to June 2016. Currently, they are serving as President and COO at FreeRange Concepts since May 2017.
