Wade Holden

Wade Holden has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Training Development and Culture at FreeRange Concepts since August 2014. In this role, Wade oversees the training for multiple establishments, including The Rustic, Bowl & Barrel, MUTTS Canine Cantina, The General Public, and Joe Leo Fine Tex Mex across major Texas cities. Previously, Wade held the position of National Director of Operations at Uncle Julio's Corporation from 1992 to 2014, managing 19 multi-million dollar restaurant locations and supervising nearly 1,800 employees. Wade's career began at S&A Corp - Bennigans, serving as a Key Employee from 1986 to 1991, and progressed through various operational roles at Uncle Julio’s, including General Manager, with a strong focus on operational excellence and employee development.
