Chet Ramey

Chet Ramey is a Senior Technology Architect at Case Western Reserve University since July 2007, working alongside the Chief Technical Architect to align technologies with the university's strategic goals. Ramey leads a team in various roles focused on network infrastructure, security, and services, previously serving as the Infrastructure Lead and Assistant Director within the Infrastructure Technology Services. With a long-standing commitment to the Free Software Foundation since 1989, Ramey contributes significantly as a GNU Bash Developer. Ramey's earlier experience includes managing network engineering and security at Case Western Reserve University from 2002 to 2007. Ramey holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Case Western Reserve University.
