Manisha Kulasekere

Manisha Kulasekere is a seasoned HR professional and project manager with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist for FreeBalance since October 2018, Manisha leads operations and maintenance at the Ministry of Finance in Sri Lanka while managing a team of 23. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy General Manager at Infotechs IDEAS Pvt Ltd., where Manisha oversaw a large team and managed numerous donor-funded projects. Additional positions held range from Management Officer at Jeevana.lk to Project Officer at ICACBR, Queens University in Canada, focusing on governance in post-tsunami Sri Lanka. Manisha's educational achievements include a Master's in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and various other qualifications in project management and health care administration.
