Freddy Frique has worked in the hospitality industry since 2012. In that year, they began volunteering with Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas. Freddy then joined Conrad Miami in 2014 as a Front of House Supervisor, where they were cross-trained in all areas of Rooms Division. In 2016, Freddy moved to Hotel Granduca Houston as a Front Desk Supervisor and acted as Front Desk Manager for a period of four months. In 2017, Freddy joined Vista Host Hotels Management & Development as an Assistant General Manager and assisted the hotel during the pre-opening phase. In 2018, Freddy began working for Highgate as a Front Office Manager and for MBAmerica as a Director of Operations. In 2020, Freddy became the Director of Operations at The Savoy Hotel - South Beach, where they managed Revenue Goals and led Operations and Department Teams. Finally, in 2021, Freddy joined Nomi Health as a District Field Manager, managing different teams at multiple sites. In 2022, Freddy began working as a Regional Performance Manager at Freebee.
Freddy Frique obtained a Licentiate degree in Relaciones Internacionales y Asuntos Exteriores from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2011. Freddy then went on to receive a Certificate in Business Management from Houston Community College in 2012. In 2013, Freddy Frique obtained a Master's degree in Administración/Gestión Hotelera from Universidad Europea. Freddy then completed a Master's degree in Gestión Hostelera from Les Roches Global Hospitality in 2014. Additionally, Freddy Frique holds a TABC certification.
