Trang Duong has held a variety of positions in the IT and Human Resources fields. In 2019, they began working as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant (Acting Lead) at freeC Asia, a Smart Recruiting Platform that leverages matching technology to actively connect employers and job seekers. In this role, they were responsible for approaching and developing business relationships with both companies and candidates. Trang also accurately understood clients' requirements and identified suitable candidates. Prior to this, in 2018, they worked as a Human Resources at Cofeas - ECommerce Business Solution, a group of young and talented people that provides eCommerce business owners with high quality outsourcing services.

Trang Duong earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Industrial University of HCMC between 2015 and 2019.
