Camilla Romani

Camilla Romani is an accomplished finance and HR leader, currently serving as the Group Head of Finance and HR at Freeda Media since June 2023, where Camilla oversees a team of over 15 individuals, promoting financial discipline and a vibrant organizational culture. Prior to this role, Camilla held the position of CFO at 1MED SA from August 2021 to June 2023, responsible for comprehensive financial operations and the implementation of IFRS accounting principles. Camilla also served as Group Director of Accounting & Controlling at Consulcesi Group, managing financial operations for over 20 entities. Earlier positions include Senior Manager Finance at Gilead Sciences and various roles at GSK, Telecom Italia, Deloitte, and Heineken, collectively reflecting a strong background in financial management, strategy development, and team leadership. Camilla's educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Economics from Università degli Studi di Brescia and advanced studies in Market Access from Università Luigi Bocconi.
