Sarah Chemouni

Sarah quickly developed a specialty in marketing and operations, and was able to fill many key positions within the company.

In 2014, Sarah transitioned to The Arnott's Group, where they served as a People & Culture Business Partner for New Zealand. In this role, Sarah was responsible for providing HR support to the company's leadership team in New Zealand. This included designing organizational structures and managing change within the company. Sarah was instrumental in establishing New Zealand as a separate business unit within The Arnott's Group.

After seven years with The Arnott's Group, Sarah joined Freedom Australia as an HR Business Partner. In this role, they provide HR support to the company's employees and helps to foster a positive work environment.

Sarah Chemouni has a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations) from the University of Western Sydney.
